October Rodeos

We've just been to the first 2 Rodeos of the season.
Winchester started off sunny but then detiorated into a wet & very cold event where as all the spec taters scarpered, only the hardened Rodeo followers were left. most including us drove their trucks up onto the bank to watch & used the horn to applaud, hence my photos of Sam were definitely not very good!! He rode well, got a spinning bull, but did not make time.
Sam took 6 of his own bulls to the rodeo, 4 of them bucked out well. So he was pleased.
Methven was a much nicer day, unfortunately they have made the arena like fort knocks so it is very difficult to get any good shots.
Sam had another good ride but still got bucked off.
Thanks for your comments Sean I can get the photos to the download bit making them small etc the green dots go across then after 15 mins still nothing happens?

Home Again, Life after Nova Scotia

Now I'm home I have to work out how to use this blog!! which Sean so kindly helped me create while in Halifax, thanks Sean, how are you doing Pam! well here goes!.
Have not sorted my travel pics yet so you will all have to wait for those.
Seems strange coming back to a new life, as we have now moved nearer to Timaru having sold the farm and moved on, as it were! I must say Rob has adapted so far, to life after farming very well and has become quite domesticated will I have been away.
We've got a lot to do in the garden planting out, must get a load of Silver Birches planted! so that I can do lots of uplifting shots in the future! at the moment the garden is pretty bare of potential images.
My two Jacks, Sideways & Goose were really pleased to see me, but my lab Bella had shifted affection's to the one who fed her in my absence as labs do!! or tho she was glad to see me.
Well I'm going to see if this works now and sus out some photos so be back soon. Fuzzy
